Jennifer Adler, Founder & CEO
Jennifer led the public relations departments at prominent Phoenix-area advertising agencies before making the leap to start her own firm in March 2019. Over the course of her more than 20-year career, Jennifer has represented high profile clients across a variety of industries including hospitality, restaurant, real estate, entertainment, beauty, retail, healthcare, finance, law, gaming, sports and nonprofit. A strategic and experienced PR professional, she has an innate sense of what is newsworthy and produces compelling campaigns that result in valuable earned media coverage for her clients.
Jennifer has been recognized with numerous prestigious accolades for her work in PR. Nationally, she was named a “Top Woman in PR” by PRNEWS in 2023, “Entrepreneur of the Year – Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations” in 2021 and “Communications Professional of the Year” in 2019 by the American Business Stevie Awards and a “Champion of PR” by PR Week in 2018. Locally, she’s been named a 2026 & 2024 AZ Business Leader by AZ Big Media,“Best Female PR” by Arizona Foothills Magazine and recognized by AZ Central as “Who’s Next” in communications.
Originally from Southern California, Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from University of California Los Angeles. She is a member of EO Accelerator Arizona, PRSA Phoenix and is passionate about giving back to the community through her involvement with a number of local nonprofit organizations. She lives in Scottsdale with her husband and stepsons and is an avid traveler.
Amy Aust, Account Director
Amy has 20 years of public relations experience and has worked both in-house for nationally renowned companies and for top Phoenix-area advertising agencies representing a diverse array of clients.
Amy began her career in NYC working in global communications for cosmetics powerhouse, The Estée Lauder Companies. In 2010, Amy relocated to Scottsdale and became part of Coty Inc.’s philosophy cosmetics public relations team. In 2015, Amy shifted from the beauty world to the agency world where she gained valuable experience working in a range of industries, including hospitality, restaurant, entertainment and real estate.
Amy has extensive experience in media relations, corporate communications, community partnerships and event planning. She has been part of award-winning public relations programs, helping her team earn honors both locally and nationally, including PRSA Copper Anvil Awards, AMA Phoenix Spectrum Awards and Stevie American Business Awards.
Originally from Upstate New York, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Villanova University. Amy lives in Scottsdale with her husband and daughter.
Nicole Myden, Account Director
Nicole is a seasoned publicist with more than 25 years of experience. She launched her PR career in Los Angeles working with entertainment brands including The Walt Disney Company, American Idol on Fox and Sony Pictures Classics before going on to work for two award-winning LA agencies.
Since she’s lived in Scottsdale for the past decade, Nicole’s worked both as an independent publicist and in-house securing thousands of media placements in regional and national media outlets for brands across entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, beauty, technology, nonprofit and more.
In 2023, Nicole became an Amazon best-selling author with the release of her book You Are Worthy of Publicity, a practical, empowering guide that teaches small business owners how to connect with local media in their own markets.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from University of Arizona and lives in Scottsdale.
